Collaborate with R&D teams to resolve technical challenges and implement design changes as needed. 5. Support and Issue Resolution: Responsible for product maintenance and following up items solving till product EOL(end of life); and co-work with Regional Sales Support and Key Accounts management for critical project RFP/RFQ/RFI responses. 6. Project Reporting: Prepare project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget analysis, and present them to stakeholders and senior management. Provide timely and accurate project information and recommendations to support decision-making. Basic Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or above degree in Business Management, International Business, or related field; information engineering, computer science, or related field will be a plus. 2. 5~10 years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably in consumer products(notebook) or industrial electrical products solutions(server/ IPC). 3. Excellent communication in both Chinese and English and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate customer needs into product requirements and strategies.
