Primary tasks include analyzing failure, gathering information from internal experts about product capabilities relative to specific customer needs, finishing root cause report, and determines appropriate solution and/or responses. Design, develop, deliver, and manage training to support sales efforts. Responsibilities： A. Provide UPS/PD technical support to analyze failure, include wiring, installation, configuration, start up UPS/PD operation and so on, to solve UPS/PD application issues. B. This exciting role offers opportunity to: • Leads the day-to-day interaction with these named accounts for all aspects of Eaton. Learn and maintain molding technology and know-how during the product development stage. 7. Ensure all product documentation is managed and controlled in a central database. 8. Support material replacement projects and collaborate with the material COE team to achieve SCM strategy. 9. Coordinate technology data transfer between APAC and the Global Innovation Center. 10. Support to make proposals or solutions to support cost reduction and product improvement. 11. Take initiative to make improvement and help peers to work more effectively and efficiently. 12. Have reports periodically to update the project status and communicate with related function/team timely in good manner. 13. Ensure that all submitted samples meet the required internal and external test requirements, and where necessary collaborate with the COE’s to mitigate risk.
