Oversea Sales Head/Director of Business Development
Job Summary
Alpha Intelligence Manifolds (AIM) is an innovative and rapidly growing startup at the forefront of digital diagnostics, transforming the healthcare landscape with world-class AI-driven solutions. AIM’s multiple product pipelines have been approved by the USA FDA, Taiwan T-FDA, and Vietnam IMDA, expect to receive Japan PMDA approval in Q4 2024, and are paving inroads into Malaysia, Thailand and China markets.
We are seeking talented individuals who is passionate in startup setting to join us, and to drive together with AIM’s winning team to achieve our mission - “Democratization of digital healthcare serving mass population of aging society around the world”.
Job Expectations
• Lead sales initiatives, oversee sales operations, build sales team and distribution channel, including market research, trade show setup and onsite training, and focus on selling to healthcare facilities, government agencies and/or through distributors in oversea markets.
• Identify high-potential business opportunities, sales channels and strategic partnerships in the healthcare and diagnostics markets, develops and executes sales plans to capitalize on those opportunities for fast-paced sales growth in oversea markets.
• Create and deliver product demo and sales presentation that highlights clinical value and customer’s commercial benefits when using AIM medical products and services.
• Generate and present detailed sales report & forecasts with variance analysis and key performance metrics on monthly and quarterly review meeting to management and board.
• Strategize pricing model to maximize gross profit from diverse revenue streams of product sales, service fees and subscriptions.
• Work in synergy with marketing and product team to align sales strategies and execution plans to achieve overall corporate objectives
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, not mandatory but preferably with prior exposures in medical device, SaMD/SaaS or medical technology sector and/or knowledge of medical devices, healthcare industry trends, and clinical applications.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment with exceptional leadership, team management skills with outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, demonstrating a high degree of accountability and integrity with superior interpersonal and customer skills, adept at building strong relationships with staffs at all levels of the organization, internal and external.
• Strong salesmanship with abilities to effectively present technical information, articulate the value proposition of AI-driven medical devices and to effectively close deals for overall corporate success.
• Be able to travel oversea frequently with good command of English and contract drafting capability.
• Knowledge of medical regulations, healthcare compliance and insurance reimbursement is a plus.
