About this opportunity:
This individual will have previous sales experience and a proven sales record, managing a sales area (Central Taiwan) for Align Technology selling the Invisalign product. The individual will be responsible for selling the product, establishing account relationships, and practice development in the assigned territory, as well as proactively communicating with customers and potential prospects. The individual will also assist the sales director to formalize the business development strategy.

Job Responsibilities - Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, operational plans, and profitability goals for the appointed territory.
Manage assigned accounts and team, including direction, motivation, and development of sales plans, targets, and strategies, while removing obstacles to success.
Take ownership of the sales area, planning and developing it in a high-growth business environment.
Provide insights to the direct manager and assist in formalizing the business development strategy to gain market share.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals, complying with all policies and procedures.
Monitor competitors and update the Marketing Manager with market intelligence.
Engage certified and non-certified doctors to develop new cases and expand the Invisalign and iTero business
Lead new hires and other PDMs, assisting in team success within the organization.
Supervise sales representatives, develop customer account plans, and monitor their performance.
Provide ongoing training to the sales team and share best practices.
Act as the key contact/backup in the direct manager's absence.
Lead assigned projects.
