Job Mission:

The range of events can be diverse: for top clients we aim to reinforce our exclusivity (only CHANEL can do) while we also need to bring vitality for mid-segment clients who are our future pipeline.
The Client Experience Manager is the key orchestrator of all client events, bringing together elements from both internal & external sources to deliver best-in-class events. This person translates brand value, aesthetics and positioning into concreate event strategy.
He/she is a functional expert in event planning and creation, with solid knowledge in budgeting & production, and is capable of making independent, timely and informed decisions when required. Internally, he/she must exert influence and achieve alignment with stakeholders both inside and outside of Fashion division (i.e., Comm., FBP & WFJ). Externally, he/she must communicate and coordinate with various partners to ensure seamless execution and that the highest standard is met.
This person is the key contact window for all Fashion event-related matters for both regional & global team, as such, he/she must be articulate in presenting Taiwan’s local context, needs & constraints, thus prompting regional/global to form better understanding of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning & Strategy
- Responsible for proposing, maintaining & updating annual event plan
- Develop relevant event strategy to reflect Brand’s strategic goals and local context
- Responsible for client experience and treatment when working with corporate event team on large-scale, one-house event (i.e., Camping Asia, Bal de Paris)
- Lead and coach Client Engagement Executive to deliver smaller or in-boutique event/animations
- Responsible for client experience (overall planning, production, logistics) when working with VIC Manager on all VIC-specific events (i.e., Color Dinner, Portrait)
• Communication, Coordination & Collaboration
- Communicate with regional/global team on Taiwan’s specific needs and challenges in Events
- Exert influence on regional/global team to push for new event format/concept
- Efficiently collaborate with Retail, Product, Style Expertise & VM teams to ensure strategic alignment is reached for all major events
- Join force with HR Partner to leverage events as employee engagement opportunity
- Coordinate with various external partners to achieve event synergy
• Reporting
- Brief the business context and goals for each event to Client Insight Manager in order to set up quantitative & qualitative event goals
- Prepare post-event analysis & event reconciliation report for future reference
• Budget & Cost Control
- Responsible for expenses and budget management for all events
