As our new Sales Manager, your primary purpose will be to provide sales and operational leadership to our team, with a focus on driving and increasing sales/revenue, development and implementation of the sales strategy, and managing our sales process to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations, write reports, proposals, and price. quotes for customers. Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
• Manage sales orders and customer service requirements.
• Develop and implement the business unit sales strategy and business in support of the overall sales strategy, goals, and objectives, ensuring that set targets and quotas are met.
• Perform regular industry, market, consumer, competitor and profitability analysis and revise strategy and plans accordingly.
• You seek out and build relationships with potential clients, and have past experience building your own lead list.
• You get a charge out of attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

• Proven track record planning, organizing, and managing projects, sales plans, and initiatives
• Solid understanding of the tech industry and the SaaS world
• Ability to manage multiple customers and sales simultaneously, across different industries, time-zones and countries.

Summary:
The Occupational Health Specialist hired according to Occupational safety and health Act. The Occupational Health Specialist should have qualified nurse certificate and perform the health improve action and preventive action of illness and injury.
1.Perform the colleague annual physical examination data monitor, review...etc.
2.Assessment and analysis colleagues annule physical examination data and design the preventive action such like make appointment interview with doctor, or physical improving class or action.
3. Evaluate the possibility of high-risk worker get occupational injury and suggest the preventive action.
4. Investigation and handling of occupational injuries prevention, health advice.
5. Coordinates medical emergency response, training and first aid to employee.
6. Management the medical supplies inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Driver the definition, planning and feature prioritization for BIOS, BMC software and Open Source on motherboard and system products
2. Support and grow relations with Enterprise customers using technical presentations - Drive features around BIOS, BMC & dependent firmware and software
3. Co-work with peer HW Product Management teams, designers and other development team to define our product strategy around remote management
4. Work across different HW, FW and SW departments/groups to identify and resolve technical issues
5. Establish and manage a schedule to activities, milestones and deliverable for our products 6. Monitor progress across the groups responsibility for the feature area
7. Work with Sales and marketing to develop and maintain a customer / partner product promotion programs
8. Evangelize and work with 3rd party developers / partner / customers in developing out Software, acting as the primary point of contact
9. Perform other tasks as needed within the business

2. To monitor and review the on-site inspection, regular and key inspection, hazard awareness and working environment determination insure to meet safety requirement.
3. To Establish and conduct the Occupational safety and environmental management training plan.
4. To Establish the occupational safety and environmental management system to fulfill the regulation requirement.
5. To Investigation and handling of occupational disasters and statistical analysis , and conduct the improving plan.
6. Carry out occupational safety and health related tasks and plans.

2. Initiate outbound cold calls or emails to potential customers, direct and indirect, e.g. System Integrators, VARs, OEMs

5. Consistently achieve lead and appointment quotas and produce reports as necessary
6. Monitor inventory, negotiate price, enter and monitor orders, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returns
