Position Overview:
As the Senior Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through effective channel sales strategies. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the mid-to-high end IPCAM camera industry, a proven track record in global sales, and strong connections with key distributors, especially those associated with major IPCAM market players.
Responsibilities:
1. Global Channel Sales: Develop and implement comprehensive global channel sales strategies to increase market share for our Smart360 camera solutions.
2. Distributor Enablement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global CCTV distributors, focusing on selling Hikvision, Dahua or Bosch.
3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV camera ecosystem, smart manufacturing, and smart city applications to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
4. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
5. Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, PM, FAE, and RD , to ensure seamless collaboration and a customer-centric approach.
