Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Customer feedback and complaints handling through production record investigation.
• Facilitate root cause identification, corrective action, preventive action delivery and validate the effectiveness.
• Risky lot management from customer feedback and internal event management to reduce customer impact.
• Track delivered corrective action & preventive action implementation and conduct regular audit.
• Leading project to meet customer satisfaction.
• Monitor line to line variation and deliver opportunity based on the understanding of customer process.
• Conduct JE (joint experiment) to define customer process needs and drive product specification to meet customer requirement.
• Arrange customer visit and facilitate plant resource to have workshop with customers.
• Coordinate plant wide resource for customer technical support related.
• Conduct external qualification process with customers.
• Support sample request from customers.
• Data analysis to address quality improvement proposal to Production team.
• Join external / internal ISO & IATF16949 audits.
Required Skills:
• Well computer skill in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI.
• Excellent communication skill in cross-department project or cooperation.
• Statistic tool: SPC XL/Minitab/SPSS, etc.
• Problem solving and decision skill, like 8D, KT…etc.
• Strongly in data analysis/ Statistical using skill are prefer, such as SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools.
• Fluent English in speaking, writing and reading.
• Meeting facilitation skill.
Desired Skills:
• D^t skill, like VBA, Power BI, power automate, Python…etc
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is a plus
