Position Summary -------------------- 1. Drive and develop the site Mechanical Integrity Program as part of the Process Safety Management system. 2. Responsible for field mechanical equipment maintenance strategy and programs to ensure reliability of process equipment and field infrastructure. 3. Author, revise, maintain, and implement standards, preferred practices, and guidelines, related to inspection and repair of mechanical equipment. 4. Provide detailed specialist knowledge for solving mechanical equipment problems at the site and technical guidance on on-site mechanical maintenance work. 5. Plan and implement annual preventive maintenance programs aim at continuously improving the manufacturing, engineering and EHS performance. 6. To provide the mechanical specification for capital projects in the site, and to design and manage the mechanical engineering of projects to create the correct basis for effective design and operation of capital project. 7. Implement projects, EHS, 5S, SOP, ISO and risk assessment compliance to factory safety procedures. 8. Participates in and completes company-required & regulation training programs. 9. Support daily maintenance work if required. 10. Support line manager to complete assigned tasks and projects. Principal Accountabilities ---------------------------- 1. Develop, drive and maintain mechanical integrity program. 2. Continuously improve equipment to increase safety and reliability. 3. Reduce mechanical maintenance costs without affecting safety and reliability. 4. Schedule work of maintenance /manage mechanical maintenance system and ensure all equipment/machinery's operation run effectively as well as precise estimation on maintenance budget/expense. 5. Manage the mechanical spare parts. 6. Trouble shooting and analyze mechanical breakdown problems and evaluate the needs for equipment improvement or replacement. 7. Execute applicable Huntsman engineering policies, guidelines, processes, methodologies, working methods and EHS systems. 8. Lead and manage relevant contractors to complete required work. 9. Evaluate and approve engineering and maintenance contractors, and closely monitor their performance, efficiency and standards to meet site requirements. 10.
