KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Commodity Management: • Drive, direct and lead the sourcing and strategy development to achieve a competitive cost structure • Provide input into stakeholder scope of requirements while offering commercial suggestions for value creation and maintaining a competitive environment • Perform market research to obtain market knowledge and experience to develop negotiation strategies • Analysis of spend categories and market conditions for appropriate application of sourcing strategies. • Cost Management: • Lead supplier negotiation and drive successful completion of cost reduction projects to achieve the best total cost of ownership for the company • Develop, update and review price roadmaps & actual pricing for Foundries • Supplier and Supply Management: • Manage Supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, technology, and service, to achieve best-in-class supply base • Maintain the close relationship with supplier’s key account manager, to ensure proper deployment of Nexperia’s requirements at the supplier and be the focal point for any escalations towards supplier. • Accountable for regular performance (supplier rating) & business reviews with suppliers • Process Management: • Drive implementation of program tools to achieve Procurement operations excellence • Contract Management: • Manage and negotiate supplier contracts to have the best terms and conditions for Nexperia.
