POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for Taiwan & Hong Kong marketing strategy development, budget control, planning and execution of all advertising and promotion, and public relations and customer relations management program (CRM) activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
• Manage to implement effective advertising and promotion in accordance with Company objectives and Brand Principal's standard.
• Develop and execute PR strategy to increase brand visibility and desirability.
• Manage effective public relations activities e.g. press event, customer and promotion event, product launch with all department stores.
• Plan, budget and implement a schedule of targeted campaigns and assess effectiveness of campaigns, report response rates and monitor expenditure.
• Work closely with Retail Manager to deliver higher brand and commercial values to customers, and to enhance brand presence.
• Partner with the sales team to prepare and present the quarterly/annual marketing plan to the department store and shopping center management.
• Collaborate with regional marketing team to maximize advertising efficiency for brand campaign launches and align corporate marketing strategy and direction.
• Design retail marketing program and mechanism to increase sales and enhance store growth.
• Comply with the regional guideline on CRM and effectively utilize customer base and design loyalty program.
• Manage the marketing budget in accordance with company objectives.
• Be responsible for leads generation and management, ROI of campaign results and leads-turn-to-sales tracking.
• Analyze marketing data to evaluate brand performance and give recommendations.
