Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical devices, fabrication processes, Test, Design for Manufacturing, Quality, reliability.
• Experience in working with Original Device Manufacturers (ODM), agreement manufacturers and suppliers to drive root cause analysis, actions and process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with developing supply chains for new server and storage type products for the IT industry.
• Experience with data analytics and quality data systems.
• Experience with Design Validation Test Plan on a electronic assembly.

Responsibilities
• Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFx) efforts across teams to ensure server/storage designs, process, test, and quality standards are optimized for production.
• Lead and guide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the product meets our specifications.
• Ensure manufacturing sites are prepared for product builds ahead of time. Provide on-site support and lead defect correction efforts post build.
• Work with the Product Quality Engineer to establish product quality and reliability goals. Validate product qualification plans, support product qualification testing and review product qualification test results to ensure product performance meets requirements.
• Coordinate release of New Product Introduction (NPI) Bill of Materials (BOMs) into Product Data Management (PDM) system. Perform technical review of product changes and assess impact on supply chain.

Responsibilities of the role:
Work across teams with hardware and software partners to develop and bring products to market. Manage development of product based on industry trend and customers’ feedback, and then define the product specification and roadmap. Engage in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post sales support activities.
Required Qualifications :
1) 5+ years PM experience on branding server product management and NPI process in Server industry
2) Good English communication and problem-solving skills
3) Global product launch experience
4) Technical knowledge with a firm understanding of Server/Storage product complexity
5) Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
- Define and identify IT Data Center projects by acting as a trusted advisor to the assigned customer set.
- Take a leading role in the technical education of customers and sales teams, keeping customers and partners informed about new technologies and innovations.
- Identify customer projects, interpret their technical requirements, and configure the solution based on the company product portfolio.
- Build technical solutions in collaboration with the wider specialist product and technical community, sales teams, and business partners to support successful business outcomes.
- Lead and/or provide technical input for Tenders/RFIs/RFPs.
- Gather and analyze information to develop a clear understanding of customer technology infrastructures.
