【Job Summary】
We seek a Gaming Product Marketing Specialist to drive marketing strategies for our gaming monitors. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement, retention, and acquisition. The ideal candidate is passionate about gaming, understands player behavior, and has experience in marketing strategies tailored for the gaming industry.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Develop and implement a product marketing plan and assets from the global perspective to promote gaming products across various platforms.
• Work closely with the PM and regional marketing team to align marketing strategies with the product launch.
• Coordinate with internal function teams and external agencies to produce engaging marketing content.
• Manage influencer and partnership marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness.
【Qualifications】
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in gaming, tech
• Strong understanding of gaming industry trends, player behavior, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
Passion for gaming and new tech familiarity with various gaming platforms and genres.
Key Responsibilities:
-Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and lead the end-to-end GTM strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment with broader brand and campaign goals. This includes positioning, messaging, launch timing, and execution across all relevant channels.
-Strategic Planning & OKRs:
Define and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans, with clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive measurable business outcomes.
-Campaign Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build product marketing campaigns that drive awareness, interest, and conversion across global markets.
-Content & Messaging:
Craft clear, engaging, and technically accurate product messaging for various platforms including web, retail, social, and events.
-Market & Competitor Research:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and refine product positioning.
-Bilingual Communication:
Create and localize marketing content in both English and Mandarin to ensure messaging resonates with diverse audiences across global regions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Graphics Team, Marketing Team, Engineering Team, Partners…) to achieve campaign goals in lead generation.
2.Gather data, verify ideas, conduct due diligence, run a marketing campaign, and generate content to push our lead generation program.
3.Build and implement digital marketing strategies for new products, company websites, social media, CRM, and email marketing (HubSpot and Linkedin).
4.Create creative marketing materials while analyzing data to ensure campaign efficiency for our B2B sales.
5.Ability to speak and write in English fluently is needed.
6.Having experience in lead generation, content writing, copywriting, and SEO optimization is a plus.
7.Comprehension and interest in information technology and computer hardware is a plus.
