As a professional recruitment consultant, you will undertake recruitment assignments in pre-defined functions that cover:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Network, build, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Design, qualify, and optimize Si (Silicon) devices for integration into high-performance and high-reliability products, including those for automotive applications.
Evaluate the electrical and thermal performance, as well as the reliability of Si devices, particularly power devices, to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.
Lead and perform device creation, fabrication, and full characterization, providing comprehensive device documentation and detailed technical reports.
Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure the best utilization of company technologies and to support key customer requirements.
Requirements:
Education:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant working experience, or
M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant working experience, or
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, particularly as it relates to the reliability of Si devices. Hands-on experience with trench power devices is a plus.
Proficiency in TCAD tools and familiarity with CADENCE layout and simulation tools.
Hands-on experience with high-voltage testing and data acquisition systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear documentation and technical reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-reliability device design, especially for automotive applications.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work within cross-functional teams.

About the Role

• Lead the Crop Protection Business Planning team consisting of Financial and Operational Business Planners.

• Maintaining awareness and adhering to EH&S procedures and standards.
b. Product development
• Ensure optimum products development by using the combined resources of the Global Application Teams in Asia, EAME & USA.
• Coordinate with Technical Manager to develop the specified request products for Asia countries and update the progress regularly.
• Transfer the system management and operation technology to country technician for the product commercialization smoothly.
c. Capability improvement
To promote personal capability and professional experience for Elastomer product applications by:
• Refresh the market trend regularly and keep high personal sensitivity for new products application in new market.
• Collect competitive information including products / activities / literatures.
