Responsibilities:
● Manage full recruitment cycles from sourcing to offer negotiation for crypto and blockchain roles.
● Conduct interviews, assessing candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit within a tech-driven environment.
● Lead recruitment projects, including diversity and employer branding initiatives tailored to the crypto community.
● Utilize direct sourcing to engage passive candidates in blockchain and tech markets.
● Conduct market mapping to analyze industry talent pools and competitor recruitment strategies.
● Analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and align with industry trends.
Mentor junior team members on best practices in sourcing and interviewing.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within tech, crypto, or blockchain.
● Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices in tech and blockchain.
● Experience in corporate and software industry recruitment is required.
● Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a tech-driven environment.
● Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and making informed decisions.
● Proven ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
