JOB PURPOSE
Be responsible for the profitable growth of product sales for Parker product through direct sales, distributors and markets programs. Provide leadership to field sales force, develop insights to division/customer relationships and how to support them on a continuous improvement basis. Work on short and long term plans to grow the product group business.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Accelerate business growth by offering solution /value sales
2. Drive, guide, support team members’ sales activities and growth, co-work with
other function dept. to deliver company profitable growth
3. Identify and drive new business growth of Parker product to Data center
Customers.
4. Enhance/speed up support to grow system/value sales by co-work with other
product groups’ sales team
5. Reward for excellence/promotion and personal growth
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical engineering, Master is a plus
2. Competent in English.
3. 5 years of experience in Sales, experience of MNC will be a plus.
4. Knowledgeable in business experience especially with Taiwan Top 10 electronic
companies.
5. Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills.
6. Experience with daily CRM system operation.
