The position
• Lead and guide sales team and closely co-work with the team to identify customers' strategic insights and develop account plans accordingly.
• Integrated internal and external resources to assist the sales team in executing various projects, campaigns and training programs.
• Lead sales team to set key performance indicators (KPIs), periodically set the meeting, review project status at the strategic and tactical level, and provide insight to modify future plans.
• Accountability toward KOL engagement and Key Account management.
• Support sales team on internal communication and process.

Main tasks and responsibilities
• General Objective (70%)
- Lead and assist the sales team to identify customers' strategic direction and build up account plans that address the strategic need of the brand(s) with the Eye Care Professionals (ECPs).
- Lead the review and findings of key customers' performance and provide the team with insight to better plan direction or execution.
- Managing the working relationships between all internal partners and external accounts to ensure the brand(s) objectives are achieved.
- Proactive identification of opportunities and key issues and communication to key stakeholders.
- Coordinating product management functions such as forecasting, budget management, and supply management functions.
- Assist sales team in achieving performance goals.
• Contract /Campaign (30%)
- Negotiation and formulation of annual sales contracts.
- Assist with new product quotation.
- Develop quarterly promotional campaign plans and proposals.

- 年度銷售合約的談判和制定。
- 協助新產品報價。
- 制定季度促銷活動計劃和提案。
職位條件
• 學士學位以上學歷。 (視光學系優先考慮)
• 8 年以上視力保健相關工作經驗。
• 5年以上全國主要客戶(Key Account)通路管理經驗。
• 通過紮實的執行力和展現達成結果的能力,同時保持最新的知識和靈活性。
• 良好的溝通、人際交往和諮詢技巧。
• 良好的英語閱讀、寫作和理解能力。
• 行為導向。
