We would like the person to act as a full-function HR specialist to handle HR key activities and support management on site including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance management, payroll&compensation, attendance management, employee activities, HR admin, General admin
- Recruitment for DL and IDL roles including the cooperation with manpower dispatch agents
- Coordinate and execute general trainings, and maintain training records and other training process
- Payroll and compensation process including monthly payment, bonus, social cost and tax (annual tax declaration)
- Maintains accurate and up to date HRIS, human resource files, records, and documentation
- Attendance management, time records, abesence, leaves etc.
- Onboard/offboarding, including but not limited to NHI/Labor insurance/Pension/Group insurance processing
- Planning and execution of special events such as Town Hall meetings, employee recognition events, snack parties, Wei-ya (year end party), and Employee health check etc.
- Support CSR and QMS relevant audits on site
- Support on-site GA management, such as employee lunch, uniform etc.
- Provide support and partner with local management team
Responsibilities
- Lead the wireless design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Develop and refine product requirements, defining and reviewing the PRD (product requirements document) and system block diagram for wireless products.
- Drive efficiency and quality in NPI models by optimizing development processes.
- Manage project tasks and issues, prioritizing concerns, collaborating with stakeholders to find solutions, and ensuring implementation into production.
- Select optimal hardware components, including chipsets, platforms, and manufacturing methods, balancing cost and quality considerations.
- Define and oversee testing strategies, establishing testing coverage and items for wireless products.
- Craft and review test plans for both lab and factory testing, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for wireless products.
- Evaluate and optimize wireless system performance.
- Guarantee compliance with thermal and reliability specifications by working with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of worldwide regulatory Compliance certifications for Ubiquiti products.
- Set out strategies for optimizing Compliance testing in a fast moving development environment.
- Keep track of ongoing changes in worldwide EMI/EMC/ESD, RF emissions, safety and environmental Compliance matters.
- Involvement in the design for Compliance in the early product design phases.
- Work independently to perform EMC pre-compliance scans and ESD testing.
- Work with third parties to coordinate EMI/EMC/ESD testing using test Labs in Taiwan, China, and USA
- Compile and archive all certification documentation.
- Analyze data and prepare reports.
