- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling incoming correspondence.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the executives and coordinate travel itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executive team.
- Assist with the organization of events, such as conferences and meetings, by coordinating logistics and providing support during the event.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including confidential information.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Prepare and process expense reports and invoices.
- Participate in projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
