Role Purpose:
The role majority is to in charge of CRM related aspects, along with the data analysis and report, loyalty program, client campaign and new system implantation. Require excellent analytical and communication skill and multi-tasking skills to ensure seamless execution.
Main Accountabilities:
• Analyze client and transaction data to build customer profiles, campaign performance and commercial insights.
• Propose, execute and analyze CRM campaigns and membership program activities.
• Assist with CRM strategies execution to support client acquisition, repeat purchases, and retention efforts.
• Support monthly reports preparation to deliver marketing and sales insights.
• Assist in CRM strategic plan based on global/regional guidelines and localization support under supervision.
• Help maintaining the CRM system structure and ensure accurate data entry across customer touchpoints.
• Support the rollout and coordination of POS system implementation and help identify and report data errors.
• Help track CRM-related spending and support budget management through documentation and coordination.
• Assist in customer service calls and complaints to ensure timely handling.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Training to ensure smooth support of CRM initiatives.
