Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain and optimize HR Information System (HRIS)and employee portal
* Responsible for operational process development and continues improvement of Employee Life Cycle, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits processes within your HR Operations Hub.
* Managing key projects, processes and initiatives across the teams
* Assure that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant e.g ISO Training Procedures
