We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist / Assistant Manager to lead and optimize our compensation, benefits, and performance reward strategies. This role will be responsible for designing competitive salary structures, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives. You will also play a key role in leveraging data analytics to enhance decision-making in compensation planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and maintain a competitive salary structure aligned with market trends and company strategy.
2. Participate in salary surveys and conduct regular market benchmarking and internal pay equity reviews to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
3. Analyze salary distribution, bonus allocation, and compensation trends to support strategic decision-making.
4. Design and implement variable compensation schemes, including performance-based bonuses, sales incentives, and project rewards.
5. Strengthen the linkage between performance evaluations and rewards to drive employee motivation and productivity.
6. Ensure compliance with statutory benefit requirements while continuously enhancing benefits to improve employee well-being.
7. Standardize and coordinate global benefits programs, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
8. Manage health and wellness initiatives such as medical check-ups, counseling services, and EAP support.
9. Conduct employee engagement surveys, collect feedback, and collaborate on initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
10. Develop and manage the annual compensation and benefits budget, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals and resource optimization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in C&B, HR analytics, or related fields.
3. Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and labor laws.
4. Experience with salary benchmarking tools and market surveys.
5. Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and HR systems.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
