Role Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Twin Engineer with experience in NVIDIA Omniverse to help design, build, and implement real-time smart city simulations. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop interactive models of urban infrastructure, integrating real-world data and advanced AI for simulation and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize smart city digital twins using NVIDIA Omniverse, focusing on real-time 3D environments that represent urban systems such as traffic, infrastructure, and energy grids.
Build workflows and tools to simulate dynamic city scenarios, integrating data from IoT devices, traffic systems, and other urban sources.
Create custom connectors and extensions to enhance Omniverse functionality and support interoperability with external platforms.
Collaborate with urban planners, engineers, data scientists, and AI teams to integrate analytics, predictive models, and simulation capabilities.
Ensure real-time data pipelines enable live updates in the simulation environment.
Support visualization of key city metrics such as traffic flow, public transport efficiency, and infrastructure resilience.
Test and validate simulations for accuracy, scalability, and performance across a range of hardware.
