• Maintain program and project timelines • Regularly check in with engineers and project leaders to update their timelines in the master program schedule. • Manually link Microsoft Planner work lists used by project leaders with the Microsoft Project program timeline. • Manage resource allocation and work with project leaders and engineers to reschedule projects and ensure on-time completion of task deliverables • Responsible for the workflow of closing completed tasks, making changes to timing or scheduling, responding to late tasks and reporting to management • Create program and project analytics in MS Project to be discussed in meetings (critical path, upcoming tasks, resource allocation, risk analysis, late tasks, worker KPI’s etc.) • 1 year working experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software (NOT Excel) • Experience managing the activities (tasks, timelines, updates) of teams. • Experience with resource management. • Demonstrable knowledge of critical path analysis and timeline delay countermeasures • Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Mandarin *須具備車相關產業經驗
