1. Maintains conformance with the “Perfect Qual Process” to achieve timely, effective development of new and existing business opportunities.
2. Manages tasks for timely response to customer issues, including failure analysis, CAPA, Engineering Task force CIP and other mission critical issues.
3. Maintains and improves yields; performs root cause failure analysis, provides rapid hands on response to line problems in support of high-volume part clean factory.
4. Develops and maintains inventory records, drawings, etc. in support of production workload.
5. Develops/maintains/evaluates production tooling (fixtures, baskets, etc.) required for efficient, effective part processing.
6. Participates in selection efforts for equipment replacement and specification efforts as required.
7. Ensures compliance with existing operating procedures; recommends revisions as appropriate.
8. Monitors effectiveness of production processes, supports problem resolution efforts for technical evaluation of parts being processed.
9. Monitors compliance with material specification database for process materials (chemistry, gases, blast media, etc.).
10. Monitors and ensures maintenance of process controls (pressures, temperatures, concentration, contamination, etc.) through SPC.
11. Ensures process measurements and overall process CPK's fall within control and divisional limits.
12. Ensures work environments meet safety and housekeeping standards for tasks being performed.
13. Assists in development and implementation of training materials, examinations for staff training and certifications.
14. Participates in customer audits, complaint resolution, costs analysis, time studies for sales/marketing.
15. Participates in internal & external audits, CAPA resolution, defect/problem analysis, preventive action activities, etc.
16. Fully participates on committees (technical, safety, environmental, etc.), as assigned
17. Conducts monthly site qualification cleanliness testing for compliance with specifications
18. Liaises with Engineering Managers and/or Core Engineering Group to ensure effective procedures and BKMs are implemented at assigned sites.

2.根據每天的生產計畫, 按照檢驗標準, 嚴格的檢查生產的首件, 巡檢產品。
3.協助製程品質異常的處理。
4.協助標準樣品的校對及管理。

FQC
1.成品檢驗: 按照成品檢驗規格及其他相關規定進行成品抽樣和檢驗工作, 並製作檢驗報告
2.協助處理不合格品: 對成品檢驗中發現的不合格品進行判定與處理
3.品質統計分析: 對成品檢驗檔案資料進行分類、整理、統計、登記造冊
4.檢驗儀器設備管理: 負責檢驗器具的日常保管、保養與校驗工作
