1.Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and
development, and performance management.
2.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
3.Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies specific to
manufacturing roles.
4.Manage and resolve employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievance
procedures in a timely and effective manner.
5.Collaborate with plant leadership to support a high-performance culture and
positive work environment.
6.Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values.
7.Maintain and analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making.
8.Support safety and occupational health programs in coordination with EHS teams
