You will be responsible for managing order fulfillment and logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of the product delivery process from production to dispatch. This role requires close collaboration with sales, procurement, and factory teams to ensure timely delivery and meet customer demands. You will lead the team in resolving fulfillment-related issues and optimizing supply chain processes to support the company’s global business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfillment and Shipping Management
Manage order fulfillment, prioritize shipping schedules, and ensure products are delivered on time while meeting customer requirements.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration and Demand Management
Work closely with the sales team to collect and consolidate customer orders (PO) and forecast demands, monitor material status, and coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
3. Production and Shipping Plan Coordination
Coordinate with factories to adjust production plans based on customer needs and delivery deadlines, conducting material and delivery date checks to ensure smooth production and shipping activities.
4. AP/AR and Excess Inventory Management
Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and excess inventory, providing monthly billing plans to ensure financial liquidity.
5. Shipping Issue Tracking and Resolution
Track and address any shipping-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and feedback to customers.
6. Supply Chain Management and Process Optimization
Manage supply chain operations, optimize order fulfillment processes, improve efficiency, and enhance on-time delivery rates while continuously improving operational workflows.
