• Engage certified doctors and develop potential for new cases; engage non-certified doctors and establish their potential as an Invisalign provider and current submitters to develop Invisalign business
• Balance the short term operational needs with the long term organizational needs of the business
• Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies; such as management of Platinum Elite Accounts as well as opening new accounts and assist customers to achieve sales, distribution and display objectives.

Summary:
To promote DS Equipment products within the assigned territories and achieve sales target. DS Equipment products include but are not limited to CAD/CAM, digital intra-oral, panoramic and 3D imaging system, dental treatment center , hand pieces, hygiene systems. This is a new product team with great chance to grow in this market.
Responsibilities:
1) present and promote DS product portfolio to prospective, existing clients for market share enhancement.

Qualifications:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As the SLS Outside Sales Representative, you will report to the Sales Supervisor,Medical Surgical,Taiwan.
You will assess the sales coverage strategy to see if it deploys the sales force optimally and uses sales channels after taking into account the target portfolio and customer segmentation. This includes the current distribution setup and indirect sales as part of our commercial model and the effectiveness of our channel partnerships.
Daily work will focus on medical surgery, OR, anesthesia and intensive care units, promoting Solventum's full medical product line, including infection prevention/OR solutions/negative pressure wound dressings.
1. Provide product training and application supports to customers
2. Develop and maintain customer relationships
3. Collaborate with territory distributor’s sale rep.
4. Responsible for the tasks above for the customers in Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Yilan and Hualien.
The Skills and Expertise
1. College or university degree
2. At least 3 years sales in hospital-oriented business with specific accounts
3. Good familiarity in internal hospital procedures
4. Good time and territory management with data driven skill as needed
5. Basic computer skills in PPT/Excel.
6. Distributor management and skill in leading distributor’s sales team is a plus
7. Selling medical supply consumables is a plus
