About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and analyzing B2B marketing programs, with a strong emphasis on events and social media strategy. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement and brand awareness through impactful events and targeted social campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities:
● Event Planning & Execution:
○ Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of customer-focused marketing events, including logistics management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
○ Develop and manage event timelines and resources, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.
○ Oversee event setup, registration, and post-event follow-up, ensuring a positive business impact
● Social Media Strategy & Execution:
○ Define and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and reach and engage target audiences.
○ Develop engaging social media content, including posts, videos, and live updates, to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
○ Manage social media channels, monitor performance, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
● Risk Management & Problem Solving:
○ Identify potential risks and challenges associated with event planning and execution, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
○ Proactively address issues and resolve problems to ensure smooth event operations.
● Performance Measurement & Reporting:
○ Track and analyze event and social media performance metrics, and provide regular reports on key findings and insights.
○ Contribute to strategic planning, goal setting, and reporting.
● Project Management:
○ Work closely with project manager and cross-functional teams to develop work plan and execute marketing campaigns; identify, track, execute and follow-up on tasks and issues to ensure campaign is delivered on time with quality
○ Manage multiple projects concurrently, including but not limited to marketing events, scaled communications, and creative asset production.
