The Technical Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective technical management of a fleet of vessels. This includes day to day overseeing maintenance, repairs, dry-docking, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with ship crews, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain the vessels' operational readiness. 1. Vessel Management: - Oversee the technical performance and maintenance of assigned vessels. - Ensure vessels comply with international and local regulations, class requirements, and company standards. - Conduct regular vessel inspections and audits to ensure safety and operational standards are met. 2.
