Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a expert who will Drive Order Management and Design handling operational performance within a assigned portfolio of customers and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement and Digital Tool Implement opportunities.
What You Will Do
As Customer Service Representative, you will,
· Manage customer’s orders, and be responsible for order prioritization, follow up end to end order performance (Perfect Order index) secure order on time arrival, responsible for invoice quality
· Monitor safety stock level and support account team to optimize finished goods stock
· Follow-up on packaging material claim compensation handling to customer
· Maintain a continuous communication with Key Account teams regarding supply chain issues with customers
· Contribute to improve the rolling forecast accuracy by consolidating information from customers
· Improve Customer Experience Survey of Supply Chain touch points
Who You Are
College degree or above
Min. 5 years working experience in customer service or sales admin function
Strong customer centric mind-set
Very good communication & coordination skill
Preference will be given to candidates with sufficient experience / knowledge of supply chain management / customer management
Ability to handle uncertainties and solve problems
Ability to continually learning
Preference will be given to candidates with experience printing technique, graphics design
Sound knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power Point
Sound knowledge in SAP
