2. Audit the requisition forms from operation team.
3. Advise operation team to control cost and expenses based on financial data.
4. Perform monthly beverage stocktaking, yearly OE stocktaking, and assist in FF&E stocktaking
5. Review new menu item’s food cost %.
6. Perform monthly financial closing and P&L analysis.
7. Prepare monthly cost audit report.
8. Prepare FF&E monthly report and consolidate FF&E purchasing document to owner.
9. Assist to prepare FF&E budget.
10. Perform ad hoc tasks required by supervisors.
