[Key Responsibilities] +Develop and lead a new admissions consulting practice within the company. +Provide expert guidance to students and families on educational programs, admissions procedures, and enrollment processes. +Service offering include and not limited to: Summer programs, Boarding school, Undergraduate, and Language schools. +Conduct in-depth research on academic programs and institutions to offer tailored recommendations. +Collaborate with parents, students, and teachers to provide holistic support, including test preparation guidance when necessary. +Ensure a seamless application experience by answering client inquiries and navigating complex admissions procedures. [Qualifications & Experience] +Minimum three years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in education or consulting. +Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the business. +Excellent project management and administrative skills. +Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. +Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). +Bachelor's degree or higher. +Experience in the education industry, K-12 market, or overseas study/work experience is preferred but not required.
