Payroll Operations 薪資作業管理
• Responsible for managing SSG Taiwan’s payroll including directly administering to ensure all regular payroll and year end tasks are done accurately and on time 負責管理台灣分公司全體員工薪資業務,包含親自執行每月薪資及年底上傳所得稅作業,確保準確且按時完成。
• Maintain and regularly check attendance records in the system; verify and ensure employee attendance, leave records, etc. are aligned 維護並定期檢查系統中的出勤記錄,確認員工出勤、請假等紀錄的正確性與一致性。
• Collaborate with Finance at year-end and during the year through activities such as: payroll journal entries, payroll accruals, and any payroll or labor cost related analysis 年底及平時與財務部門合作,處理薪資分錄、薪資預估及其他薪資或人事成本相關分析
• Support HR manager to prepare the evidence/records for routine auditing schedule 協助人資經理準備定期內部或外部稽核所需之薪資相關資料與證明
•Primary contact for Labor Insurance, NHI, Pension and group insurance inquiries; ensure policy compliance 作為勞保、健保、團保及退休金相關業務的主要聯絡窗口,確保公司政策符合法規要求
HR Operations 人資行政作業
• Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and accuracy of data in local HRIS (Apollo) and global HRIS (Workday) 維護並確保本地 HR 系統(Apollo)與全球 HR 系統(Workday)中的人事資料正確性與一致性
• Identify and report any inconsistencies between the two HRIS; help troubleshoot and ensure the systems integrate correctly 定期比對兩系統資料,回報差異並協助排除問題,確保系統整合正常運作
• Issue HR documentation as requested (i.e., service certificate, status change notice, etc.) 依需求開立各項人事文件,如:服務證明、職務異動通知等
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support as requested 依照指派提供其他臨時性行政支援
