Job Description (The majority of the job responsibilities involve English):
1. Organize and manage the legal documents, which includes handling the litigation cases.
2. Inspect legal records, review contracts and related documents.
3. Review, compose and amend contracts and legal documents in both Chinese and English.
4. Provide consultation or representation in legal matters, such as drawing up contracts.
5. Research on legal regulations of domestic and foreign countries, provide appropriate consultation to various departments.
6. Deal with pre-IPO legal matters for the company, which encompasses the establishment of subsidiary companies and amendments to corporate bylaws.
7. Assist business in evaluating investments, review and modify standard contracts, assess risks associated with organizational changes, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
8. Other tasks as required.

3. 審閱、起草與修訂中、英文合約及相關法律文件
4. 提供諮詢或代理與法律相關事件,例如契約的擬定與簽訂
5. 國內、外法規制度研究,提供各部門法律諮詢
6. 處理公司在上市前之相關法律事務(包含子公司設立、章程新增修訂)
7. 協助企業評估任何投資、制式合約之審閱撰寫及修改、組織改變的風險及遵行證券法令規定
8. 其他主管交辦事項
