Uber Eats Grocery&Retail 是 Uber 最新的全球性服務之一,涵蓋了生鮮雜貨品牌商家、便利商店、藥妝店、零售店等領域,包括我們的 Dark Grocery 服務。
此職位將專注於透過數據驅動營運卓越,您將主導structured audits, surface insights, and optimize key workflows across search, catalog, and reconciliation。並將與產品、工程與Commercial 團隊密切合作,將數據轉化為可執行的行動,進一步提升平台品質與穩定性。
【工作內容】
-Data analytics (50%) > Project management (30%) > Cross-functional Communication (20%)
1. Own critical data workflows—provide ad hoc data analysis and deliver insights that inform business decision, build and maintain tracking dashboards (Sheets, SQL), automate recurring tasks (e.g., Python)
2. Monitor and enhance product discoverability by running search quality audits and driving issue resolution in partnership with product teams.
3. Perform in-depth catalog reviews to maintain data accuracy and improve platform health across a dynamic, high-SKU environment.
4. Drive reconciliation processes, ensuring reliable and timely data alignment across systems.
5. Support product rollouts and operations through structured testing, insight generation, and feedback loops.
6. Translate business questions into analytical insights to help teams make informed, data-backed decisions.
【其他條件】
-Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using SQL and spreadsheet tools (e.g. Google Sheets).
-Excellent project management and communication skills, with a track record of working across functions and timelines.
-Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes, data integrity, and user experience.
-Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
-Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones.
