[General Responsibilities]
1. Contracts
-Review, revise, and negotiate contracts.
-Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with company policies and needs.
-Assist in implementing standardized contract templates and procedures.
2. Intellectual Property
-Provide support on intellectual property related issues, including administration, communication, and/or enforcement.
3. Dispute Resolution & Litigation
-Assist Legal Manager in preparing and managing disputes.
-Communicate with external counsel as needed.
4. Legal Compliance
-Research and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the company’s key markets.
-Assist in reviewing internal compliance policies and adjust as needed.
5. Other tasks or projects as directed by the Legal Manager.
[Job Requirement]
1.Bachelor of Laws or above. LL.M. or JD from other jurisdictions would be advantageous.
2.At least 2-3 years of experience, preferably in an in-house setting, in contract law, compliance, and/or corporate law.
3. Bar is not a must, but active bar membership in any jurisdiction would be advantageous.
4. Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
