The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping to ensure smooth communication with clients, efficient processing of orders, and coordination between internal departments. This role is vital in assisting the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Assist sales staff in maintaining relationships with existing clients and support new customer development activities.
-Handle order processing, prepare quotation documents, and follow up on payment collection status.
-Support the preparation of product presentations, materials, and solution documents for clients.
-Ensure all import/export customs documents are complete and accurate.
-Collect market information and competitor activities, and compile reports for sales team reference.
-Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
-Capable of working independently while also being an effective team player.
