1. Owns operational availability of all services and platforms in the region to support HAVI business operations meeting defined service level agreements.
2. Ensures that service delivery and service support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service.
3. Monitors, controls, and supports service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
4. Takes ownership of major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review.
5. Ensures that service requests and service level commitments are consistently met.
6. Manages and reports key metrics (KPIs) for service availability, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
7. Assists the portfolio of approved enhancements on service-in applications that support the business processes.
8. Champions Service and Support in projects and developing a strong understanding of projects impacting different service areas while ensuring service impact is minimised and agreed.
9. Comply spending on support against agreed budgets.
10. Assess customer feedback and using creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
11. Follows through on the conclusion of internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
12. Support sourcing strategies and practices with vendors for appropriately skills and value. Manages vendors.
13. Addresses compliance and audit, as needed.
14. Ensures that patching and anti-virus updates are carried out promptly and effectively.
15. Maintains high performance levels for service-related processes, and implements improvement activities wherever necessary
16. Develops a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
17. Trains users in both new and existing IT systems
18. Builds a strong working knowledge of existing business processes, system administration, mapping, and interface designs for the existing in-house development solution (DIMS/WWOP2.0/ERP/Power BI/iSolution /FMAS/ FMS/ Kiosk/ Webmasterfile (MS.net)/CW1/Kewill/WMS/Paragon) present in the market being supported
19. Build up cluster/regional service of regional application (ERP/WMS/Paragon)
Reviews, analyses, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support company’s / clients application systems.
