The ideal candidate will have experience in a few disciplines in HR funtions. S/he should be comfortable to provide constructive insight and action plan to support leaders to implement quality decision.
Responsibilities
1. Drive people-related initiatives and offer thought-leadership regarding organizational/people-related strategy. Conduct these with high business acumen and timely execution, while being able to provide insightful facts-based data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.
2. Be a visionary and build organizational health, by ensuring that the organization is structured to achieve business objectives while implementing actions to ensure we are on the right track.
3. Guide and enable business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership style, which can develop and craft a desired organisational culture and mindset.
4. Partner with cross-functional groups of experts in a range of subject-matter to design and execute the strategy for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize the workplace.
5. Articulate and implement HR Strategy Programs. Enable and align with internal clients on various HR initiatives to model the way forward.
6. Partner with teams to deliver high-value service to clients. Cultivate employee relations and work to resolve various matters with them through a wise and systematic approach.
