【About This Position】
TeamT5 is seeking a talented and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales and technical teams to engage with overseas customers, demonstrating the value of TeamT5's cybersecurity solutions and ensuring alignment with their specific needs. This role involves significant interaction with international clients and will require occasional travel.
【Key Responsibilities】
◆ Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams and directly engage with international customers to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
◆ Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations of TeamT5’s products, including our cyber threat intelligence platform and threat hunting solutions.
◆ Proposal Development: Assist in crafting technical proposals and responding to Requests for Proposal and Requests for Information, ensuring that solutions meet customer requirements.
◆ Proof of Concept: Manage and support PoC efforts to showcase the effectiveness and value of TeamT5’s solutions in a customer’s environment.
◆ Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and support during the pre-sales phase, addressing customer inquiries and objections.
◆ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and addressed.
◆ Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position TeamT5’s solutions in the global market.
【Qualifications】
◆ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
◆ Experience: 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry, with a focus on international markets.
◆ Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, endpoint security, and threat hunting technologies. Familiarity with TeamT5’s product offerings is advantageous.
◆ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
◆ Customer Focus: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
◆ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve technical challenges.
◆ Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support customer engagements and presentations.
