A Senior FF&E Designer shall produce FF&E Design solutions for the Company’s hospitality projects; working with the Interior Design team to establish a cohesive look and feel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|主要職責
1. Coordinate and work with Interior Design team in the development of overall design concepts, style and colour palette;

2. Put together mood boards & material boards
準備風格材料板。
3. Produce specifications, schedules and material references; approved colours, finishes, materials required into a spec book on various scales.

4. Sourcing of decorative items
裝飾用品的搜尋
5. Factory visits to ensure made-to-order furniture, light fixtures, etc. are made to design specifications, quality and on time.
至工廠以確保訂單傢俱、燈具等按照設計規格、品質按進度製作。
6. Put together decoration design presentation, present decoration proposals to the team leader for review.
準備軟裝設計簡報,並提供軟裝建議書給專案主管審核。

We are looking for a Sustainability Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to develop and deliver key LEED/WELL and Sustainable projects from the Taipei office. You will be involved in sustainable or "green" & “healthy” building initiatives for design projects, for existing and new building projects, and promote and implement programs toward improving Steven Leach’s corporate sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Project delivery tasks associated with LEED/WELL and green building projects
• Performing LEED/WELL assessments
• Tracking LEED/WELL credits
• Communicating LEED/WELL requirements and obligations to clients and other project team members
• Tracking LEED/WELL submittals
Qualifications:
• LEED Accredited Professional/Green Associate/WELL AP is a Plus.
• Bachelor's in Engineering¸ Architecture/Interior Design, or Building / Construction related diploma, or related studies.
• 3-5 years experience in work relating to green building certification process.
• HVAC engineering experience is a Plus.
• Understanding of sustainability as it applies to the built environment
• Some training or knowledge in a field complimentary to green buildings is an asset (ex. Energy Modeling, ,building science / durability, photovoltaic, daylighting, etc)
• Excellent command of verbal and written English language is a Plus.
• Excellent command of verbal and written Chinese language is mandatory
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Detail oriented and capability for strategic thinking
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Personal commitment to environmental / sustainability issues is an asset
Organized, creative, self starter needed to fulfill various tasks including: Survey locations, take measurements, space planning, design, presentation development, production drawings in CAD.

To be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the project components assigned to you; collaborating closely with Senior Hotel Project Designer to ensure the delivery of outstanding quality—in design completion, project process, documentation, and communication across all levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|主要職責
1. To attend project brief meeting alongside Senior Hotel Project Designer to meet with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of project.
與資深飯店專案設計師一起參加專案簡報,會見客戶並制定專案的功能性和空間要求。
2. Prepares Design Brief for the information of the team with information & understanding gathered from the meeting with Client.
整理與客戶開會後的瞭解到的資訊並向設計團隊作簡要彙報及會議紀要。
3. To appreciate Client’s requirement and prepare spatial design and conceptual design.
充分瞭解客戶的要求並製作空間設計方案和概念設計方案。
4. To prepare presentation of material finishes/mood board, design intent & concept images and colour scheme for the Client’s review & approval.
製作材料板,設計方案介紹,概念設計圖以及色彩方案圖並製作成簡報向客戶彙報供客戶審閱與審批。
5. To coordinate with your team members, engineering, lighting consultants (if necessary) and architects, etc to ensure all elements of the complete design is put together for client review and approval.
與機電工程師以及燈光顧問(如有需要)以及建築師等進行溝通協調確保供客戶審閱與審批的完整設計檔均整理齊全。
6. Develop all phases of the design process from space planning, concept & design development to constructions/detail drawings.

7. To attend project meetings with Senior Project Designer during construction period to ensure design intent is constructed.

8. Develop final punch-list with Senior Project Designer during project handover walkthrough.
與資深專案設計師一起製作竣工查核事項表供竣工驗收檢查使用。
This position will work with a team, and responsible for the Design and Management of Projects, including, but not limited to, meeting client, taking brief, constructing space requirement program, preparing layout planning, creating design concept, continuing design development, producing detail drawings, working on material selection, liaising with consultants and vendors, preparing cost estimates, performing quality assurance during construction, monitoring defects rectification, and undertaking project close out process, etc.

4. Participate in meetings with the client to discuss design proposals, planning schemes, and detailed design requirements, and provide necessary design schemes and related information with the team to support regional planning and further define spatial layouts.

5. Arrange, participate in, and oversee construction drawings and soft furnishing material lists; collaborate with project-related consultants (e.g., MEP, lighting consultants, etc.) to complete full drawing sets; review the quality of mock-up room drawings and overall construction drawings.
