1.In this position you oversee daily HR related and administrative operations independently of our growing branch in US.
2.In this role you will be directly reporting to factory leader.
3.You develop and implement local procedures and goals for growth in alignment with headquarters.
4.You plan and maintain the budget of the branch and optimize expenses.
5.You ensure entire employee related matters, including recruitment, training, performance management,payroll, employee relations…etc , meets target.
6.Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
7.You form the communication interface to our employee's management for organizational matters.
8.You ensure that defined processes are carried out throughout the team. You provide regular feedback on process optimizations to headquarters.
