Job Summary: As an Operation Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sourcing team's efforts to ensure the timely and efficient procurement of products. Your responsibilities will include data collection, vendor performance tracking, coordination with internal teams, and assisting with product mapping processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Collection - conduct monthly checks on IG(import genius) for potential sourcing opportunities and market trends. 2. Follow up on vendor KPI to ensure compliance with company standards. 3. CDR (Customer Defective Report) Follow-Up - coordinate with vendors, product development teams, and warehouse team to ensure CDR adherence. 4. Packaging Info Management - regularly update and renew packaging data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. 5. Product Mapping - assist mapping specialist and support in identifying and mapping new products on Amazon and Ebay to the company's portfolio. 6. Tracking shipment data from vendors and keying in the information into the Container Booking Tool. 7. Uploading container loading photos to Container Tracking. 8.
