一、產品/品牌行銷
1. 策劃上市計畫:從市場洞察開始,經過精準的定位,最終呈現引人入勝的上市策略,工作內容包括產品上市計畫、產品定位、目標客群設定及行銷策略規劃
2. 故事化產品特點:負責與產品經理及開發團隊討論,挖掘出產品特色與賣點並包裝成產品故事讓客戶感受到產品價值
3. 引領多元行銷策略:協助上述計畫中內容產出與其他生態鏈之行銷規劃,與客戶建立更深入的溝通如:數位媒體、社群、活動展會、通路展示等相關聯之規劃及執行
4. 跨部門專案溝通與整合管理:與不同部門緊密合作,確保產品特點與行銷、策略緊密結合,實現整體目標
5. 預算編列與進度管理:負責預算編列和進度追蹤,確保行銷活動在合理的預算範圍內進行並按照計劃進行

The B2C Marketing Specialist is accountable for leading and contributing to projects or programs aimed at driving revenue growth. The position will take the lead in the focus communication development, management, and implementation of marketing programs, ensuring measurable results. This role delivers quality marketing communications: conceptualize STP, key selling points, and user scenarios; translate product features into user benefits. Responsibilities also include managing lead generation, website development, content curation/creation, and sales collateral. This impactful role involves collaboration across functions and interaction with clients, vendors, and senior leaders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with B2C sales team in executing the company's B2C marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising, digital marketing) in order to support the company’s business objectives. Focus on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics. This position requires to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tailored marketing plans
1. B2C brand marketing: Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization
2. Digital marketing and social media management: optimize owned media and social media. Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2C marketing digital initiatives and ROI evaluation. Develop and execute B2C marketing plans that may include brand social network, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, and website updates
3. Coordinate on hand resources on B2C marketing initiatives to execute lead generation and nurturing effectively
4. Monitor competitor activity in the market
