工作內容:
■尋找和接洽新客戶,提供優質的服務以保持現有客戶的滿意度,並確保訂單和帳務的準確處理。
■了解市場需求,掌握行業趨勢,並迅速響應客戶需求,解決問題,從而提升銷售業績和客戶忠誠度。
■負責特定重點客戶經營與管理,制定具體實施計畫,以達到重點客戶戰略遠景目標。
■分析客戶現況與需求,結合公司產品與服務價值,促成銷售商機與合作機會,確保客戶滿意,開創客戶與公司雙贏發展。
■規劃專案客戶產品行銷與銷售計畫,與部門市場及技術服務單位合作完成業績目標。

Things You Will Do

■Plan marketing and sales initiatives for project clients in cooperation with the department's marketing and technical service teams to achieve performance targets.
What We're Looking for on Your Resume
■Over five years of sales or marketing experience in medical products, with experience in ophthalmic medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or equipment being preferred.
■Familiarity with ophthalmic-related products.
■Strong customer service skills and the ability to attract clients.
■Strong management, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
