Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement and Support:
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via multiple channels and platforms.
* Understand customer needs, address their questions, and provide relevant information about our products or services.
* Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and guide them through the enrollment process.
* Identify and assess customer requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
2. Lead Qualification and Management:
* Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria through effective questioning and active listening.
* Conduct initial screenings to determine potential customers' level of interest and their fit with our products or services.
* Accurately record and document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the enrollment team to hand off qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.
3. Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:
* Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
* Work closely with the enrollment team to share relevant information, coordinate efforts, and support revenue-generating activities.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
* Track and report key performance metrics, such as response time, lead qualification rates, and conversion rates, to monitor and improve performance.
* Provide regular updates on customer trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform marketing and enrollment strategies.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers.
* Experience in sales, marketing or entrepreneurship or an interest in learning more about these areas
* Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
