5. Basic understanding of software, particularly in relation to application and support.
6. Familiar with Linux OS and Windows OS.

【Responsibilities】
1. At the direction of the supervisor, the Sales Engineer will exercise primary control over all customer-related activities and problems within the assigned area.
2. The Sales Engineer will work with the supervisor and other factory-functional areas to complete assigned sales and marketing goals.
3. To independently handle leads qualification and closing orders via e-mails and phone calls remotely for identified specific business opportunities.
4. Evaluate customer requirement and communicate with support team precisely to ensure customers satisfaction.
5. New account acquisition and vertical market expansion within assigned territories.

1. Technical Support:
•Act as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and
providing detailed technical solutions along with necessary documentation.
•Demonstrate active listening, understanding customer queries, and ensuring
successful issue resolution.
•Proactively identify and solve potential problems, acting as a customer advocate.
•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to boost
communication and satisfaction levels.
•Log and track customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
2. Pre-Sales Support:
•Collaborate with the sales team to explore new opportunities, applications, and technologies.
•Prepare and support product/application demonstrations as requested.
•Stay abreast of emerging technology trends, providing valuable feedback to the
product development team.
•Assist and collaborate with the marketing team in developing and preparing
tradeshow/ exhibition demo equipment.
3. Standard Industrial Modules and Add-on Card Test Support:
•Design, maintain, and execute test cases for memory, storage, and the other
extension modules.
•Perform test cases including functionality, compatibility, reliability, ambient, etc.
•Write test reports after completing the testing.
