We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager who can lead the development and integration of AI GPU server system products for cloud and data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in server architecture, including CPU and GPU technologies, and demonstrate the ability to identify and recommend optimal hardware configurations tailored to specific use cases, ensuring solutions meet performance, environmental, power efficiency, and security requirements for a diverse range of edge devices.
As a product manager, you will use strong technical and communication skills towards Altos product strategy including research into customer solutions and creation of aggressive go-to market plan. Ultimately, Product Manager will become a core member of the server product management team and engage in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post-sales.

1. Product Planning and Development
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and user needs to define the product roadmap for AI GPU servers
Develop and deliver a clear strategy and partner closely with marketing, engineering, and business development to provide a complete server solutions to customers
Participate in technology and product research to propose new offerings and proof of concepts
Coordinate hardware design, software integration, and functional testing to ensure products meet market demands and are delivered on schedule.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the product achieves industry-leading performance, reliability, and scalability.
Leverage strong technical background to create technical product requirements for cloud/data center infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements, industry trends and business requirements
In-depth research on various AI and Machine Learning technologies (including but not limited to Gen AI, LLM, Machine Learning, etc.) and translate them into innovative solutions to real business problems.
2. Proactive Problem Identification and Resolution
Actively identify critical issues that may impact product development, delivery, or customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with suppliers and other stakeholders to resolve problems effectively and ensure timely delivery of solutions when needed.
3. Market Introduction and Promotion
Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, target market positioning, and preparation of sales support materials.
Work with the marketing team to design promotional activites that enhance product visibility and market share.
Provide product training and demonstration to internal teams, sales teams and customers.
4. Customer Needs Management and Support
Engage with customers to collect feedback and new requirements, and optimize product design and features.
Work closely with sales and customers to support integrations required for business development, i.e. contribute to customer RFPs and partner SOWs.
Provide 3rd level customer support to both internal and external as needed
5. Competitive Analysis and Business Development
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify industry trends and competitive offerings, ensuring Altos remains at the forefront of technology and customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers to identify new business opportunities and collaboration models
