Job Description:
As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit assigned stores incognito to assess the customer service experience firsthand. After each visit, you will provide a detailed written evaluation on various aspects, including store environment, staff service attitude, and professional knowledge. Your feedback will help businesses improve their service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Assignments are distributed based on your geographical area within Taiwan
Work Hours:
• Day shift and/or weekend shift, depending on the nature of the assignment

Job Requirements:
• Must hold a valid R.O.C. (Taiwan) Resident Certificate
• Native English speaker preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Observant, detail-oriented, and able to provide thorough feedback
• Comfortable with basic computer operations and document processing
• Applicants with a Taiwan bank account are preferred
